How soon will my coffee ship after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer a coffee subscription service?
Yes, we offer customizable subscriptions where you can choose your favorite beans, delivery frequency, and quantity to save 10% on every order.
Can I return coffee beans if I don't like the flavor?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an error with your order or damage during shipping, please contact us for a replacement.
Do you provide whole bean or ground coffee?
We primarily ship whole bean coffee to preserve flavor and aroma. If you require a specific grind, please select your preferred grind setting on the product page before adding it to your cart.
How should I store my coffee once it arrives?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture can compromise the delicate oils and flavors.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
