At Sightglass Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please note that while we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we offer exchanges or refunds on brewing equipment and merchandise.

Review Eligibility

Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Perishable goods like coffee beans are generally non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

Contact Support

Email our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the item you wish to exchange.

Package Your Item

Once your return is authorized, securely pack the merchandise in its original box. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation to ensure faster processing.

Ship and Refund

Send your package to our San Francisco roastery. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
